Circleville Council meets in regular session at 7 tonight with an agenda of five items.
They include an ordinance creating four downtown redevelopment districts. A public hearing on those will be at 6:30, before the session.
The Committee of the Whole will also meet at 6:15 to appoint a council clerk.
