Gary Scherer Prepares for Final Year in the Ohio House

Ohio House 92nd District Representative Gary Scherer is entering his final year of serving as he is term limited after eight years and four terms in the House.

.

In his previous years in the House, Scherer co-sponsored legislation that led to tax reform and Annie's Law, which made a major change in drunk driving laws where repeat offenders are required to use a vehicle lock device if you are trying to drive drunk.

Scherer is planning to run for Pickaway County Commissioner, looking for the Republican nomination for the seat being vacated by Brian Stewart, who is seeking the 78th District Ohio House seat.
