Five Arrested on Warrants in Fayette County Joint Operation

Over a two-week period, five individuals throughout Fayette County were served with arrest warrants as part of a joint law enforcement operation between the United States Marshals Service-Southern Ohio Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) and the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.

Kipp A. Gravos, Age 42 of 1488 State Route #38NE, Washington Court House was served with a grand jury indictment for Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the second degree at his residence. According to Sheriff Vernon Stanforth, when deputies and agents from the US Marshals Services arrived at the Gravos residence, a substantial amount of suspected methamphetamine was observed in plain view. A search warrant was obtained and during the search, additional evidence of suspected narcotics and drug trafficking was found. The suspected narcotics and an undisclosed amount of cash was were reportedly seized at the scene. Gravos is currently incarcerated in the Fayette County Jail on a $10,000.00 bond. Additional charges stemming from the search warrant execution are likely as the case is being reviewed by the Fayette County Prosecutor’s Office.

Michael l. Stolzenburg, Age 33 of 3075 Ford Road, Washington Court House was served with a parole violation warrant at his home. During the arrest, Stolzenburg was reportedly found in possession of a firearm and ammunition, allegedly violating the terms of his parole. The weapon and ammunition were seized by deputies. Stolzenburg remains incarcerated in the Fayette County Jail without bond pending further disposition by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority. The matter involving the weapon seizure was forwarded to the Fayette County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

Robert Bradley Scott Love, Age 40 of 489 Woodsview Square in Jeffersonville was arrested at 3545 Bunkerhill-Glendon Road, Washington Court House on a felony probation violation warrant for drug possession. According to Sheriff Stanforth, suspected methamphetamine was reportedly located on Love’s person. The Fayette County Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case and additional charges are likely.

Dalton C.W. Knapp, Age 42 of 648 Yeoman Street in Washington Court House was located at his residence and served warrants for Burglary and Theft. Knapp also reportedly had active warrants in Pickaway and Ross counties. Knapp is incarcerated in the Fayette County Jail on a $27,000.00 bond.

Ashley N. Rohrer, Age 29 of 401 E. Elm Street in Washington Court House was served with a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Drugs. When deputies and US Marshals arrived at the home, Rohrer reportedly refused to open the door and fled to the upstairs of the home. Law enforcement forced entry into the front door of the home and also a secondary door in the upstairs area of the home where Rohrer was apprehended.

Suspected narcotics and articles of drug paraphernalia were observed inside the home. The residence was secured and a search warrant obtained by law enforcement. During the execution of the search warrant, a significant amount of suspected illicit narcotics was located and seized, along with hypodermic needles, paraphernalia items and additional evidence to support alleged drug trafficking. In addition to the arrest warrant, Rohrer was charged with (13) thirteen counts of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. The case will be reviewed by the Fayette County Prosecutor’s Office and additional charges are likely. Rohrer remains incarcerated in the Fayette County Jail on a $26,000.00 bond.
