The Chillicothe-based veteran services organization, Dress Right Dress, will host its Armed Forces Golf Outing at Crown Hill Golf Club in Williamsport on Saturday, June 13th.
The outing will take place from noon to 6pm, that Saturday, with teams charged a fee of $200 to play. Corporate sponsorship is also available for $100. The event was to take place earlier this year but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and Dress Right Dress Founder & President Jeremy Parkins says they will be taking steps to keep players safe.
Funds raised from the event will help the non-profit get needed supplies and materials in order to continue its mission to support veterans and service members facing transitional hardship and widen the gap between service and incarceration.
