A Ross County Jail inmate is back in custody after running away from a work detail on Cattail Road.
The Ross County Sheriff’s Office reports that Jason A. Matson, 40, ran away from the work site shortly after 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 18th and was recaptured not long after near the job site thanks to a community tip.
Matson was originally jailed on a charge of petty theft.
