Flooding Forces Evacuation of Hope House of Pickaway County

Flooding has caused the evacuation of a homeless shelter and food pantry in Circleville. Residents of the Hope House of Pickaway County had to be moved out of their shelter Monday night.

Pastor Terry Thompson says the food pantry distributes thousands of meals a month and much of their food is ruined. The church had water in the sanctuary and the men in the homeless shelter had to be moved out, to a temporary location.

If you would like to donate to help Hope House restore some of what they lost in the flooding, call (740) 500-0711 or go to their Facebook page for information. https://www.facebook.com/HopeHousePickaway/
