Zane Trace Elementary Kindergarten Registration is scheduled for June 8, 9, and 10, by appointment only.
Safety measures and precautions will be taken. Bring your child with you as you will be doing individual screening after you register. The screening will be done by the child looking at the screening items on the Smartboard.
Also bring your child's birth certificate, shot record (can be faxed from doctor's office), proof of residency, driver's license, social security card, and custody papers if they apply. Only ONE parent may accompany the child.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car until it is your scheduled time. Appointments can be made starting June 1st, by calling (740) 775-1304.
