Waverly Bar Cited For Breaking "Last Call" Hours Mandate

Agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit cited several establishments over the weekend after complaints they violated the state's "Last Call" mandate to curb the Coronavirus.

Agents visited the Moose Lodge in Waverly after receiving an administrative citation for limitation on hours for on-premises consumption and insanitary conditions.

A bar in Marietta was also cited for after-hours alcohol consumption.
