The Highland County Junior Fair gets underway this weekend. A reminder for the community that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's fair is a 4-H exhibitor fair only. The exhibitors and family are permitted, but don't look for the traditional midway, rides or vendors. The fair runs through September 10, 2020.
