State Senator Bob Peterson confirmed on Facebook that he’s tested positive for COVID-19.
Peterson posted a photo and the following quote Monday evening- “Thank you to everyone who has shared their thoughts and prayers. As reported in the news, I tested positive to COVID over the weekend. Fortunately I feel fine and as you can see in the photo participated in the Controlling Board meeting this afternoon. I have been able to keep my schedule, while working from home. We are very blessed.”
Peterson is a Republican from Fayette County.
