(24/7 News Source)--A third person involved in the death of a photographer at Hocking Hills State Park on Labor Day in 2019 is facing charges.
Prosecutors said yesterday that Miranda Spencer is being charged with felony obstruction of justice in the death of Victoria Schafer.
Officials say Spencer was at the park with Jordan Buckley and Jaden Churchheus when they pushed a log from a cliff above Old Man's Cave and fatally struck Schafer as she took photos of local high school seniors.
Buckley and Churchheus have both pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and are due to be sentenced this Friday.
