Circleville City Council met in regular session last night at the Mary Crites Hannan Park Pavillion.
There were two ordinances up for a first reading. One for a community block grant for infrastructure funds and the other for an application to the state for utility and improvement funds for Cedar Heights Road. Both were tabled for a second reading as council was two members short of furthering any action.
Council also heard from Frank D'Aiello of the Circleville Youth Baseball League about land adjacent to Barthelmas Park, and possible future use.
