The communities of Frankfort and Clarksburg in Ross County are delaying their Beggars' Night activities due to a threat of inclement weather.
Clarksburg Mayor Tiffany Steiner said on Wednesday that the two villages have decided to postpone their community Trick-or-Treat to this Saturday, October 31st from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Beggars' Night in those communities had originally been set for this Thursday, October 29th.
