Madison County Man Acquitted Of Murdering His Family

A Madison County man has been found not guilty of killing his family. A three-judge panel acquitted Peter Romans on charges of murder and arson.

He was accused of setting a fire at his home in London in 2008, killing his wife and two children.

Romans has argued the blaze was sparked by a defective, recalled part on his Ford Expedition, which was parked next to the house. He's been in jail since July of last year.
