New Daily Record for Ohio COVID-19 Cases Reported

(24/7 News Source) - The Ohio Department of Health reported 19 deaths and a record 3,590 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, the first time during the pandemic that at least 3,000 cases have been recorded in a single day.

In addition, the daily numbers for deaths, hospitalizations and admissions to intensive care also exceeded three-week averages in each category, signaling a continued surge of the coronavirus in the Buckeye State.
