The Ross County Health District reported 24 new cases of Coronavirus in its Tuesday update.
20 of those cases come from non-congregate community settings, with the four coming from congregate settings such as nursing homes and corrections institutions. The district also announced two new hospitalizations.
Three more Ross County residents have also died in connection to the virus to put the county’s COVID-related death toll at 47.
Health officials are reporting another new record for the number of daily cases of COVID-19 for the fourth time in less than a month. Tuesday's update showed four-thousand-229 coronavirus cases, setting a new daily high record. The new record beats the previous mark of three-thousand-845 set back on October 30th.
There were also 33 additional deaths from COVID-19 reported and over 213 more hospitalizations.
