A Circleville man was struck and killed as he was walking across State Route 37 in Union Township, Licking County on Sunday Night.
64-year-old Jeffrey Parker was hit when he tried to walk across the highway in the path of a southbound pickup truck.
State patrol troopers say Parker was not in a cross walk and alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
