Former Chillicothe City Councilman Willard James “Bill” Taylor II will be laid to rest January 7th in a private Mass of Christian Burial.
Taylor died on New Year’s Eve at the age of 80.
Taylor finished his wife Beverly’s term on Chillicothe City Council, and was elected to four additional terms. He was a professional bowler and owned and trained standardbred horses under the name of Stag Stables.
A public graveside service will be held at noon in St. Margaret Cemetery.
