Funeral Services have been set for a fallen Pickaway County Sheriff’s Detective. Rex A. Emrick passed away on January 26th.
He began his law enforcement career 1974 becoming a member of the Mt. Sterling Police Department. He then started with the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy in 1976. He was then elevated to the Detective Bureau in 1994.
Funeral Service for the late Detective Rex Emrick will be held at the First Church of Christ in Christian Union tomorrow, Wednesday, February 3rd at 11:00 a.m. That’s at 436 East Street in Circleville. Burial will follow the service at Forest Cemetery. Visitation will take place today, Tuesday, February 2nd, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the First Church of Christ in Christian Union.
