In an effort to improve the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office's services to the public, Sheriff Matthew O. Hafey has announced that effective April 6th, the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office will begin a first come, first served process for the Concealed Carry and Background Checks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Those who currently have appointments on those days will be given preferential service over walk in customers. Effective May 10th, all services will be on a first come, first served basis Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sheriff Hafey asks that residents please be patient while the Sheriff's Office adapts to the new system.
