The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a multiple-vehicle crash which occurred on County Road 550, near Clinton Road in Union Township, in Ross County.
On Sunday, April 25, 2021, at approximately 1:50 PM, a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Victoria Anderson, of Columbus, Ohio, was traveling east on County Road 550. Ms. Anderson’s vehicle traveled left of center, striking a 2009 Nissan Rogue, driven by Joseph Jinks, of Chillicothe, Ohio. Mr. Jinks’ vehicle then spun and struck a 2019 Ford F-150, driven by Nicholas Barrows, also of Chillicothe.
Mr. Jinks and Ms. Anderson were transported to Adena Regional Medical Center by Union Township EMS. Ms. Anderson was then transported to Grant Medical Center in Columbus via MedFlight.
The Union Township Fire Department and Union Township EMS assisted on scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
