State health officials are downgrading Franklin County from Purple Level Four Emergency status. On Thursday, Ohio's Public Advisory System removed Franklin County from Purple and placed it under a Red Level Three Status. Franklin County spent the previous two weeks at Purple but was able to meet enough indicators to drop back to Red Level Emergency Three. Ross County remains under the Red Level Three. All counties in the Central and South Central Ohio area are listed at Red Level Three except Hocking and Fayette, which are at Orange Level Two.
