Ross County Sheriffs Deputies responded Tuesday to a residence on Anderson Station Road regarding a report of an apartment there being surrounded by individuals carrying guns. Upon arrival, Deputies questioned Raymond Gunn, who made the call and lives at the address. Gunn, who was asleep when deputies arrived, acted surprised when told why authorities had responded to his address. Gunn stated he never made any such call to law enforcement. Further investigation revealed Gunn was under the influence of some sort of substance. Deputies cleared the scene with no incident.
