Lawyers representing three doctors who formerly worked at the Adena Bone and Joint Center filed a motion to dismiss a civil suit filed against them. The Chillicothe Gazette is reporting that the counter-suit filed may provide some insight as to why the physicians left the health system. Adena alleges that former doctors Brian Cohen, Aaron Roberts and James Thompson breached contracts, damaged business relationships, and shared trade secrets. The suit filed states the health system doesn't have viable cause under the law, and failed to identify how it was damaged by the doctors alleged conduct.
