A third weekly drawing to the Powerball Lottery will start in August. Officials confirmed yesterday they are adding a drawing on Mondays beginning August 23rd with all other aspects of the game, including its matrix, prize levels and operations, remaining the same. Ohio joined the Powerball in 2010, which currently has two weekly drawings on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The multi-draw option for Powerball will be temporarily suspended after June 16th to prepare for the new weekly drawing.
