Ross County Sheriffs Deputies responded Monday to a call in Kingston on the report of DOA......upon arrival at the Charleston Pike residence Deputies found David L. Stringfield outside and apparently asleep in a chair. EMS responded as well and could not detect a pulse on Stringfield. A neighbor had alerted Deputies after noticing the man had been outside in the chair for over an hour without moving. The death is believed to a result of natural causes.
