Blood donations of blood continue to be encouraged by the American Red Cross amid an ongoing nationwide severe blood shortage. They’re seeking donors of all blood types, with an emphasis on Type-O. The Ohio Board of Emergency Medical, Fire, and Transportation Services joined the Red Cross’ call for blood donations on this week, saying there’s a great concern that some patients my not be able to receive life-saving infusions.
