Governor o-k's Budget Bill

Ohio's new two-year budget is now in effect after receiving Governor Mike DeWine's signature on Thursday. DeWine signed the budget with 14 line-item vetoes, including an order vacating COVID-19 violations and refunding fines to businesses that broke health orders. The new budget contains a three percent personal income tax cut, reduces the number of tax brackets to four, and eliminates incomes taxes for individuals who make less than 25-thousand-dollars-per-year.
