Early voting starts today for the August 3rd Special Primary Election for Ohio's 15th Congressional District. Voters in the 15th District can vote early in-person, vote by mail, or vote on Election Day. The 15th District seat is vacant after Steve Stivers retired from the spot earlier this year.
