Spectators banned at Olympics

No spectators will be allowed at the Tokyo Olympics. Japan Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga announced a state of emergency because of rising coronavirus infections in the capital. The ban was announced Thursday as IOC President Thomas Bach arrived in Tokyo. The Olympics are scheduled to begin Friday, July 23rd
