Pickaway County Commissioners have approved the use of body cameras for Sheriff's Deputies there. 30 cameras have been approved for use by the department. They will automatically turn on when sirens are used or when a taser is deployed. The goal according to Sheriff Matthew Hafee, is to make sure there is a sense of transparency with his department.
