Ross County in the "red"

Ross County was moved to the highest level in the CDC’s data tracker for high levels of community transmission of COVID-19 on Friday. The Ross County Health District reported 121 new cases from Saturday, August 7th to Friday, August 13th. Ross, Pickaway, and Hocking Counties are among the counties at red-level status for the highest spread of COVID-19. Athens, Ashtabula, and Hancock are the only three counties at orange-level status, which means substantial spread, with no counties at yellow-level moderate level spread. The CDC currently recommends anyone living in a red or orange county wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
