Parents on both sides of the issue on children wearing masks while on school grounds had a chance to voice their feelings on the controversial matter Monday at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Chillicothe Board of Education. With COVID-19 numbers on the rise, the district implemented a mask wearing mandate last week prior to the return to the classes for students. That's expected to stay in effect until sometime in September.
