Starting today, Saturday, September 11th, motorists near Mt. Sterling will be able to travel on U.S. 62 again. The bridge over Deer Creek, just east of Mt. Sterling near the Madison/Pickaway County line, has opened.
The $2.4 million project began in March to replace the entire bridge structure and is opening ahead of schedule.
