With the fall season now here and the flu season gearing up, and in an effort to promote vaccination against COVID-19, Fayette County Public Health will host a drive-thru flu & COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Monday, October 4th.
The clinic will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.
The Health Department will offer first and second doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, and the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. They’ll also have booster shots from immunocompromised individuals.
The clinic is for Fayette County residents and a photo ID will be required. Those that have already received at least one dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines are asked to bring their vaccination card.
