(Wilmington, OH) -- A southern Ohio man has made a deal with federal prosecutors in connection with the January 6th riot at the U.S. Capitol.
According to WCPO-TV, 41-year-old Justin Stoll of Wilmington has agreed to plead guilty to threatening to kill someone who said Stoll should be jailed for his role in the riot. Stoll made the profanity-laced threat in a video posted to social media the next day.
He could have faced up to five years behind bars, but prosecutors have agreed to two years of probation as part of Stoll's plea agreement.
