Chillicothe Police, Ross County Sheriffs Deputies and Oho State Highway Patrol troopers were involved in a high speed chase that wound through the streets of Chillicothe late last night, and ended with an arrest. The pursuit began when police attempted to pull over the driver of a Nissan SUV for for not having any lights on at the intersection of Bridge Street and Main Street in Chillicothe. The driver, later identified as 19-year-old Allison Lee, drove away from authorities after the stop. The chase continued onto US 23, then evenutally back on to South Bridge Street. Authorities were able to finally able to pull Lee over at Seventh and Bridget Streets. She then tried to flee from police on foot, but was apprehended. The vehicle was registered to a local car dealer. It's not known whether or not Lee had stolen the SUV.
