Snow later in the week

Our area could see it's first significant snowfall this winter later this week, which could make for interesting driving conditions. Snow is expected to start falling late Thursday afternoon with around an inch in the forecast. Thursday evening into early Friday morning another 1-to-2 inches of snow could be on the ground by the time it's all said and done. Driving conditions could be an issue, with that in mind, the Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding drivers about winter weather safe driving. The OSP says it's important to give yourself extra space, make sure your headlights are on, which is a state law if your windshield wipers are in use. Last year there were nearly 15,000 winter related crashes in Ohio.
