Trial For December 2020 Bainbridge Murder MOVED TO MAY

UPDAT: The trial was moved to May.

The trial of a man accused of shooting another man to death in Bainbridge more than a year ago is set to start this morning.

26-year-old Thomas Wyatt Pooler is charged with the murder of 36-year-old Rocky L. Williams on the early morning of December 12th, 2020. Pooler was described by a 911 caller as coming in a back door in the 100 block of West Third Street in Bainbridge and shooting Williams out of a chair.

Pooler was found almost a week later in Adams County.

Jury selection for the aggravated murder charge is set to start at 8:30am in Ross County Common Pleas.
