East Water Street in Chillicothe remains closed from Mt. Logan Drive to Warner Avenue for an emergency repair by the Chillicothe Utilities Department. That work began Friday and Utilities Director, Brad Long, says the work should wrap up by 4pm today, Wednesday, May 4th.
