A Circleville man is in custody after a late Tuesday evening incident where a drive-by shooting is alleged to have taken place in Frankfort. Ross County Sheriffs Deputies were called to the 1000 block of Bush Mill Road, where the residents there say a person drove past the home and fired multiple rounds from a handgun into the home. One person was inside the residence at the time. There were no injuries reported. With the assistance of the Circleville Police Department and the Fayette County Sheriffs Department, the suspect, Danny Hunley, was taken into custody and is now in the Ross County Jail. Hunley was charged with Felonious Assault, Improper Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle and Improperly Discharging a Firearm at or into a Habitation. The investigation is continuing.
