The "Spring Speakers Series" of the Ross County Historical Society continues tonight.
Gary Argabright, retired teacher and authority on local prehistoric artifacts, will speak on a local family farm well known to archaeologists all over the Midwest. His talk is titled "The Harness Artifact Collection: Perspectives on an Ancient Ross County Landscape and Its Use by Prehistoric Peoples."
It's free and open to the public, starting at 7:30pm at the Ross County Heritage Center at 45 West Fifth Street in Chillicothe.
In two weeks is the last of the series, where achivist Lisa Uhrig will speak on Zane's Trace.
