A Tuesday morning traffic stop resulted in the arrest of man termed as armed and dangerous. Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers stopped a vehicle on SR 28 just before 4:00 yesterday morning, and found that the driver, Zachary Jeffers, had a felony warrant out for his arrest. Ross County Sheriffs Deputies were called in to assist with the apprehension of Jeffers, who was taken to the Ross County Jail.
