Two people are in custody after a woman was found with ties and shackles around her wrists and ankles, and laying in the yard of a home on State Route 772 Saturday afternoon. Ross County Sheriffs Deputies received a 9-1-1 call from a homeowner in the area who told authorities the woman was in his yard, yelling for help. Upon arrival, the woman told law enforcement she had been held against her will, and gave them the description of the alleged suspects vehicle. Chillicothe Police aided in the hunt for the vehicle, which was found later on 772 headed towards Chillicothe. After a short pursuit, the vehicle was stopped within city limits. In custody are 45-year-old Anthony Jernee and 48-year-old Terri Diaz, who were both taken into custody without incident, both are being held in the Ross County Jail. No word on why, or how, the woman was abducted.
