Johnson Supports Local Drug Task Force Funding for Fayette, Ross Counties

(Columbus) -- State Representative Mark Johnson (R- Chillicothe) gave a statement on local drug task force funding announced for Fayette and Ross Counties to support reducing drug use and provide substance abuse awareness and prevention.

“Sadly, drug addiction has hit our state quite hard. I am so thankful that we were able to get this grant program into last year’s operating budget, and even more thankful that the funding is coming back to the district.”

The representative’s statement comes after it was announced the U.S. 23 Major Crimes Task Force in both Fayette and Ross Counties is set to receive $20,000 from the RecoveryOhio Law Enforcement Fund.
