Heading into the last Friday of the regular season for high school football, a number of area teams have clinched playoff berths. The OHSAA Tuesday released it's weekly computer rankings, the top 16 teams per region qualify for the post-season. In Division III, Chillicothe, Washington Court House, Miami Trace, and Jackson all are post-season bound. Hillsboro can get in with a win. In Division IV, Unioto has clinched a first round home game, Waverly needs a Friday win to get in, while Logan Elm has secured a berth. In Division V, SVC Co-Champ Zane Trace is in and will host, Piketon needs a win to secure a spot. In Division VI, Paint Valley and Huntington are post-season bound, while Adena needs a win to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Friday on 94 Country WKKJ, we will carry the Huntington at Piketon game, while 1490 WBEX will bring you the Chillicothe vs Jackson game. Both games kick at 7:00 pm.
