You may see, or hear, fighter jets in the air across the region today. The Ohio Air National Guard says the 180th Fighter Wing is planning air defense system drills near Chillicothe and Hillsboro. The training will include a Civil Air Patrol plane that is acting as an aircraft that poses a potential threat. Officials say the exercise is scheduled for this morning, but could be delayed or canceled in the event of inclement weather.
