Operators at Kings Island are closing the park Friday due to the expected blast of winter weather. The Winterfest celebration is running through Thursday, then re-opening on Monday, after Christmas.
Frigid temperatures and high wind are forecasted to move into the region Friday, making it dangerous to spend time outdoors.
If you have Kings Island tickets for Friday, you will be able to use them any other day the park is operating through the 31st.
