Body Discovered At Southern Ohio Landfill Linked To Columbus Investigation

Columbus police say a body found at a southern Ohio landfill is linked to a local investigation.

Yesterday, CPD detectives drove to the Rumpke trash site in Georgetown, around 50 miles east of Cincinnati, to collect evidence. WLWT-TV reports the remains belong to a woman who was around 41 years old.

Columbus Police Commander Mark Denner says additional details will be released later today.
