The University of Rio Grande has announced they are opening a location of education, community development, and boundless opportunities...in Piketon.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the Rio Grande Pike County Center will be Thursday. Rio Grande Community College will have five traditional classrooms, a fully functioning science lab, administrative offices, and a conference room there.
They say this private-public partnership with WAI Construction Group is an exciting endeavor that will strengthen the future of education and economic growth in the region.
It starts 2pm June 15th at 225 West Street in Piketon.
